thOne Day 5 Workshop (Online) for
Capability - building is one of the key focus areas of National HRD
Network’s endeavours; and as business needs become more and
more varied and demanding, the contribution of young and middle-
level Women Managers to the business is immense, and active,
sustained efforts in this regard are a sure-shot way to build the
much-needed Leadership pipeline in business and industry.
Traditionally, women have adopted so many roles in their own lives
before entering the portals of the corporate world that the style
flexibility which is the essence of leadership today is almost
ingrained in their psyche. Hence, organizations that wish to attract,
retain, and nurture women as part of their workforce, will need to
consider and employ ways and means to empower their lady
employees with the ability to tap into the immense reservoir of
innate strength and prowess to rely on, over and above
implementing interventions to keep women engaged in the vision
of the company for business success.
After the success of last four workshops, National HRD Network is th presenting 5 One Day Workshop (Online) led by Industry veteran
Ms Veena Swarup. The workshop will also feature eminent
Resource Persons, Ms. Nina Chatrath, Dr. Sanghamitra Buddhapriya
and Lieut. Rita Gangwani. The One-day experiential workshop will
