3.2 Sound power level according to IEC

The sound power levels given below exclude measurement uncertainty. With the established soundmeasurement methods (see chapter 2.3) there might be deviations of around +/- 1 dB(A) due to themeasurement uncertainty.

In case an approving authority or an external consultant does not consider uncertainty or considers anuncertainty of less than 1 dB(A) for the sound propagation modelling, a measurement uncertainty of atleast 1 dB(A) shall be added instead to the sound power levels provided below. The measurement uncer-tainty has to be taken into account for the maximum sound power level within permits.

There is no tonal audibility ΔLa.k > 0 dB (for v10 ≥ 6 m/s).

3.3 Sound power level according to FGW Guideline at 95 % of ratedpower

Independently of the hub height, the sound power level, measured according to the "Technische Richtli-nie für Windenergieanlagen Teil1: Rev. 18 der FGW" at 95 % of the rated power is:

LWA,95 % = 103.2 dB(A)

This sound power level excludes measurement uncertainty. With the established sound measurementmethods (see chapter 2.3) there might be deviations of around +/- 1 dB(A) due to the measurement un-certainty.

In case an approving authority or an external consultant does not consider uncertainty or considers anuncertainty of less than 1 dB(A) for the sound propagation modelling, a measurement uncertainty of atleast 1 dB(A) shall be added instead to the sound power level provided above. The measurement uncer-tainty has to be taken into account for the maximum sound power level within permits.
