1.PRINT and FILL-UP below forms and READ Rules and Guidelines of CBP-1.
2. PRINT endorsement letter from SMX.
3. GO TO CENTRAL BUSINESS PARK 1 – ISLAND A ASSOCIATION INC. Ground Floor,
One E-Com Center Building, Harbor Drive, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City and
bring your Filled Up Forms, printed endorsement letter from SMX and a copy of
your BIR 2303 or Certificate of Registration (for issuance of Official Receipt) for you
to process your permit.
