CO., LTD., ZHEJIANG JINSHAN SWITCH FACTORY,

ZHEJIANG DETAI ELE. APPLIANCES CO., LTD. and

ZHEJIANG TIANBAO ELE. APPLIANCES CO., LTD. were

founded.

In 1998, JUCHE ELE. APPLIANCES CO., LTD. was founded.

In 2004, JUCHE ELE. APPLIANCES CO., LTD. was pro-

moted to JUCHE GROUP CO., LTD.

In 2006, JUCHE (ZHEJIANG) SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY

CO., LTD. was founded

JUCHE GROUP is an inter-industry and inter-regional operation enterprise with 20 years of productionhistory, also a large-sized modern manufacturing group enterprise engaged in producing HV/LV completeequipment, transmission & distribution equipment, ultra-high voltage transformers, machine tool electricalapparatuses, construction electrical apparatuses, elements, bus ducts, wires & cables, enameled wires, alloycopper busburs and CNC machine tools, etc.. dry power transformer with the international advanced level. It’s widely used by the high environmental

SC(ZB)9(JUC) Series Cast Resin Dry Transformer

Application range

High voltage winding adopts the lacquer wrapped copper wire and the low voltage is wound with the

copper foil. The high voltage winding adopts the fiberglas gridding cloth board, under the vacuum state,

poured with the import epoxy resin, after solidifying, form the solid whole, with high mechanical strength,

small partial discharge and high reliability.

Flame retardant, explsion proof, do not pollute environment, environmental protection type, that can be

installed in load center.

Coil does not inhale the moist. Core and clip can run under 100% relative humidity and other ban

environment through the special technological treatment. Disconnected running needs not do moisture

treatment.

Short circuit resistant, high lightning impact level and big overload ability.

Thin coil internal and external resin insulation layer and good hot scattered performance. Cool way

normally adopts the air nature cooling(AN). Any protective grade transformer can deploy the air-cooling

system (AF).

Low wastage, good energy saving effect, economic running economy maintenance-free.

Small volume, light weight, small landing space and convenient installation.

Temperature control system consists of the temperature controller and PTC temperature testing element

mounted on the product hottest point also the low voltage winding upper end, realizes the temperature

measurement and control to the transformer. If causing the too high temperature because of overload

operation or fault, the temperature controller will send the alarm signal, when the temerature exceeds the

safe value, it will trip automatically. When adopting the force air-cooling, the temperature controller will

decide the cool fan jump in or switchover according to the low or high temperature degree of the winding.

Temperature indicating system directly indicates the winding hot point temperature in the running course

of the transformer, which can be combined with the temperature control system.

Self-healing type low voltage shunt capacitor, made of the advanced metallized film, is produced strictly

BSMJ Series Capacitors

General description
