CALL FOR ABSTRACTS – DEADLINE 21 JANUARY 2019DEVEX is now in its 16th year and is the only technical conference of its size which is focused on the full cycle of reservoir discovery, evaluation, development and recovery in the UK.

The conference attracts interest and support from operators, service companies, the Regulator and academia and provides excellent opportunities for engineers and geoscientists to come together and share knowledge.

DEVEX 2019 will explore the great fields of the past and how we are optimally managing them, along with the development of smaller pools, utilising new technologies and ways of working to make the most out of these assets. Devex will investigate the lessons learned over the last 50 years, whilst being mindful of the challenges and changes ahead, to ensure we maximise economic recovery and create a sustainable future for the UKCS.

We are inviting companies to submit a short 200 word abstract indicating the type of presentation preferred - either a formal 20 minute presentation or a 5 minute Techbyte presentation (Techbyte’s can be more sales-oriented), on topics including, but not limited to:

DELEGATE BADGES AND REGISTRATION £1950Your logo will feature prominently on all signage at the registration area and on name badges which are provided on arrival to all attendees at the conference and which must be worn at all times. Includes three free delegate passes.

DELEGATE BAGS £1950Delegate bags will be given to all delegates on arrival and contain the conference programme and additional information. Your logo will be feature prominently in one colour on the front of all bags along with the names and dates of the conference. Three free delegate passes are included.

REFRESHMENT AND LUNCH £1950You will have the opportunity to display material on a board beside each catering point. Your logo will feature on all lunch menus and tent cards on all the catering points and tables. Three free delegate passes included.

BREAKFAST £1950An important part of any event, the delegates look forward to the bacon rolls! You will have the opportunity to display material on a board beside each serving point. FIELD TRIP £950The DEVEX Field Trip offers delegates the chance to explore some of the local surroundings along with meeting fellow professionals. You will receive acknowledgement on any signage and materials for the trip as well as verbally at the trip. Two free places on the trip are included.

YOUNG PROFESSIONALS EVENT £1950The Young Professionals Event is a specific seminar within the programme of Devex 2019 that is aimed at the decision makers of the future. It is a standalone event and will give all delegates the opportunity to attend. As well as brand exposure, the sponsor will receive three free delegate passes to the main DEVEX conference.

NETWORKING SESSION £1950Supporting this event will give you publicity on all pre-marketing material and on the day materials as well as being able to display promotional material at the venue. Three free delegate passes are included.

CAR PARK SPONSORSHIP £1950One of the main complaints about going to conferences is having to pay for parking! Having the car parking sponsored will position the sponsor favourably. It will give the sponsor exposure outside the conference arena and will include publicity in all pre-marketing material and on the day. Three free conference passes are included.

LEAFLETS IN THE DELEGATE BAGS £250An excellent value opportunity to place promotional literature and/or a small promotional gift in the delegate bags which will be provided to all delegates (including speakers and VIP’s) on arrival at the event. A quantity of 500 leaflets/gifts will be required. A ‘leaflet’ is considered to be 1 x A4 sheet. If you wish to provide a larger insert please contact the conference organisers to discuss further. Materials must be provided 1 week before the live event for bag packing.

EXHIBITION £950We have a limited number of exhibition stands available in the catering area, with high footfall. The cost of the space is £950 plus VAT and you will get a table and x2 chairs and can have a pop up stand and literature. In addition, we will guarantee you one free delegate place along with a mention in the Conference programmes and the opportunity to do a ‘show and tell’ to the audience during the breaks/lunches.
