Other shared values are: 1. CSR 2. Diversity is encouraged 3. Fun working environment 4. Respect for each other among employees Strategy: star bucks concentrates on its product quality and product line and at the same time offering excellent customer service. Staff: Star bucks offer generous benefit packages, health care benefits, employee training and stock option plan.

Health care benefit includes preventive care, crisis counselling, eye care, dental care etc. Employee training that includes basic 24 hour training and workshops such as leadership

workshops and career power workshops.

Style: the style for the organization is innovated, flexible and team oriented. Also the employee motivation is increased through reviews and raises and employees are allowed to make decision and be a part of the decision team
