ORGANIC vs. NORMAL (CONVENTIONAL) DIETS:

These graphs show the levels of dangerous chemicals that are inside the children. The amount of chemicals go down significantly, and become almost non-existent while the children are on an organic diet. They rise again rapidly when the children go back to eating non-organic foods.

The Chemicals:

- Malathion and chlorpyrifos:

these chemicals are restricted or banned for home use but are widely used on a variety of crops that Americans eat every day – is this a problem?

Effect on humans:

Eating products that contain a lot of these chemicals over a long period of time can cause damage to the nervous system, reproductive system and other organs, developmental and behavioral abnormalities, and disruption of hormone function as well as immune dysfunction. Doesn’t sound very good, does it?
