After the attendance Jim Van Horn made an announcement that a memo was sent to Jim VanHorn and Doug Hager that Chris DiPaolo a d Erin DiPaolo should be removed as committeepersons. No action was taken.

Treasurers' Report -Jim Dougherty made a motion to approve treasurers report as presented,seconded by Neal Basile, Motion carried.
