Suppliers Performance Rating (SPR) = [QR + DR + SR].Where :QR (QualityRating=60% Max)

Acceptance of any quantity with concession / deviation and also the quantity of rejectionafter receipt have an impact on Vendor's quality rating.

DR (DeliveryRating=30% Max)

Delay in delivery with respect to the delivery mentioned in the Purchase Order orAmended Delivery has a direct impact on Vendor's Delivery Rating.

SR (ServiceRating=10% Max) Service Rating is dependent on Vendor's services during pre & post ordering period.

Trailing Quarters Quarters have fixed duration i.e 01­APR to 30­JUN, 01­JUL to 30­SEP, 01­OCT to 31­DEC & 01­JAN to 31­MAR for uniformity

units were installed & commissioned at Rawa onshore/Offshore facility in Andhra Pradesh.

We hereby confirm that the Chemical injection pumps supplied by M/s Gem Pressure

Systems (lndia) Pvt Ltd are working satisfactorily meeting the design specifications. The

pump skids were designed compactly to install at offshore platforms.
