-I cou ldn ' t help but not ice t h a t it looks l ike a dec is ion has been made to do somet r a in ing with 3B fo r some mistakes tha t have been made. I also not i ced t h a t the rei s a dec i s ion to br ing over "FTO Coordinator" Ervin , I have a quest ion about t h a tl a t e r , and Richard to do t h i s t r a in ing . I am confused. I wondered why I wasn ' tused to help t r a i n th e new h i r es r ecen t ly and I am confused again why I wouldn ' t beused in t h i s s i t u a t i o n . Have I done something wrong, I haven ' t been d i sc ip l inedfo r any reason . I haven ' t been no t i f i ed t h a t I was removed from th e FTO program, Ieven went to the l a s t NAFTO conference. I seem to be l e f t out o f the loop on anyand a l l FTO dec is ions / in fo . Should I assume t h a t I am no longer an FTO? Becauset h a t i s what it seems has happened without me knowing. I can unders tand maybe why"FTO Coordinator" Ervin and Richard should do the t r a in ing s ince they were supposedto have t r a ined them on these i s sues before . I know I should have asked why Iwasn ' t being used when a l l th e new h i res were coming in b ut with t h i s new t r a in ingI cou ldn ' t hold back. Am I even asking th e r i g h t people or should I ask th e "FTOCoordinator"? That l eads me to ano ther quest ion, when was t h i s pos i t ion opened?Does it inc lude e x t r a pay or du t ies and how come no one e l se wa s cons idered fo rt h i s pos i t ion?
