The internet serves as a net that connects people.

Linking the internet as a tool and the New Authority as a

frame of thinking calls for options to combine them together.

Can we use these ideas to try and create a world

wide community for the New Authority concept?

The purpose of N.A.N.I. is to allow each individual –

parent, educator, director, administrator or professional to

obtain knowledge about NVR & the New Authority

concept. Our intent is not only to allow for reading and

learning, but to encourage each person to join discussion

groups and publish through the site papers, articles, case

studies etc. regarding NVR and the New Authority. In

this way all who are interested can contribute and advance

the concept of the New Authority.

The importance of community and the strength of the authority

figure – A human circle forms a community in which the

authority figure is an important part.

The authority figure is an integral part of the community, but

also one who can be leaned on when necessary.

Involvement and Watchful Care – the human circle also forms

a watchful eye, representative of the importance of the vigilant

care by the authority figure.

A blue circle for an idea that we hope that will spread around

the world.
