In order to optimize the executive committee communication and collaboration, we made changes on treasury. Dr. Ir. Media Anugerah Ayu, who was former treasurer, was replaced by Dr. Cokorda Prapti Mahandari. This changing has been reported to AITAA Mother Chapter through email.

We are in deep condolence. This year, 3 of our alumni passed away: 1. Mrs. Ima Muljati, M.Eng/20042. Mrs. Iin Cristiana Tjoe, M.Sc./Computer Science & Information Management/19973. Prof. Soepangat Soemarto, Doctor of Engineering/Environmental Engineering/1976.

D. Annual General Meeting

Annual meeting was taken place 2-4 May 2017. This annual meeting was organized simultaneously with AIT Days and international scientific conference. The main goal of AIT days was to enhance visibility of AIT, strengthen Partnership (existing and new), and increase recruitment of students. The event was joint organized by AITAA Indonesia Chapter, Directorat General of Social Forestry and Environment (PSKL), Ministry of Environment and Forestry and AIT.

Impact for AIT to recruit more students from Indonesia. Many activities were discussed starting from applicable in short term up to long term plan. Such program proposed by Faculty of Engineering UGM is Fast Track with Ministry of Research Technology ad Higher Education scholarship.
