The Conceptual Mining Plan as per approved Mining Plan is enclosed as Annexture-I.

b. Access route/road from each mine to crusher (along with dimension of the road viz.length, width etc.)

A 400 TPH Crusher and screening system is installed at Mahewa-Saipura-BhilampurLimestone Mine.

Mineral Transortation within lease area shall be carried out by Haul roads.

From Badhreta lease to Mahewa-Saipura-Bhilampur Limestone Mine, where Crusher isproposed a dedicated Pakka road of 1km (approx) with 5 meter width shall be constructedhaving a Bridge over the Cannel.

From Sehadpur Itoura mine to Crusher (Mahewa Mine) existing road shall beused, strenghting and widening of the road shall be done and approch road shall beconstracted.

For the Mineral transportation outside the lease area,for road widening/construction andBridge over Cannel all the necessary permissions/ NOCs from the Govt. shall be taken.The land required shall be purchased from land owners.

A google image with cruser location and transportation route is enclosed as an Annexure–II.

c. Area already explored (area and depth) and time frame within which the geologicalexploration will be completed.

The area is explored by the DGM, M.P. The approved Mining plan contains the exploration /future exploration details. The relevant section of the approved mining plan is enclosed as anAnnexure –III.

d. Year-wise green belt development and afforestation planning,

A plantation shall be carried out within mining lease in a non-mining zone at lease boundary,along the haul roads and along transportation routs outside lease. Also company shall takepart in mass plantation drive in nearby villages. The plantation shall be carried out inconsultation with the local forest department. A separate arrangement (Tanker) shall be madefor watering and maintaining the plantation. The collected top soil shall be utilized for plantationin rocky area. The yearwise plantation details are as under.

e. Proposed route for laying down the conveyor belt from crusher to plant and mine tocrusher if any.

It is proposed to transport the crushed mineral from crusher to Identified plant site by layingdown the conveyor belt approximate 1km. All the necessary permissions/ NOCs from the Govt.shall be taken. The land required shall be purchased/ leased from land owners. A google mapshowing conveyor route is enclosed.

f. Copy of letter No. 2-1/2008/12/1 dated 7/1/2009 issued by Govt. of Madhya Pradesh.

Allocation letter issued by Govt. of Madhya Pradesh is enclosed as an Annexure-IV.
