Difference between Health and Wellness
HEALTH WELLNESS
WHO definition - a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity (1948-2003)
Adams, Bezner & Steinhardt (1997) – “The sense that one is living in a manner that permits the experience of consistent, balanced growth in the physical, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, social, and psychological dimensions of human existence”
