It was very important to have everything ‘lined up’ & ‘ready to load’ before

the truck arrived with the empty container.

We had only a 4 hour window to fully load the 40 foot container to avoid extra charges from the shipping company. With only ten of us working in the extreme heat & humidity, we had to really hustle. Thank God we had the help of experienced & skilled packers.

It took us over 5 hours to load instead of 4 but the driver was nice & we didn’t get any extra charges

This is a charity project that several local ladies initiated to help care for the many street kids &

children of low income families in Masaya.
