Daniel Hope December 9, 2012

And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people,

and God himself will be with them and be their God.

-Revelation 21:3

Many believers have experienced seasons in which God seemed ____________________.

God is not only _______ us; He’s __________ us. God is not only _____ our side; He’s

_____ our side.

The whole of Scripture reveals a God whose ____________ ______________________ is

to ___________ ____________ humanity.

Of all God’s gifts to his people, the most __________________________ is the __________

of His __________________________.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRYCOLD AND FLU SEASON

One of the many goals of the Children's Ministry is to protect the health of our children in the classroom. Please keep your child at home until he/she has been naturally fever free for 24 hours. If you are working in the nursery, please wash your hands frequently; waterless soap is available in all the nurseries. We appreciate your help.

ANNUAL BOOK DRIVE ENDS TODAYKindergarten through sixth grade - You

still have time today to bring in unwrapped books and place them under the tree located on the stage in the Pathfinders' area. Books should be on a 1st - 4th grade reading level (preferably books with pictures). Your donation will enrich the life of an inner city child during the Christmas season. Thank you.

Please mark your attendance card, contact one of the elders, or call the church office at 665-0014. At Hillsboro we encourage each member to be involved in the Lord's work by: (1) glorifying God in worship, (2) growing with fellow Christians in Bible classes, (3) serving in a ministry, and (4) sharing Jesus with others. We would be thrilled to have you join us on our journey as we encourage each other and share Jesus Christ with our community and throughout the world.

• LIFEGROUPTONIGHT @ 6:00 All 7th - 12th graders are encouraged to attend this great time to absorb, share and grow

together. Lee and Sue Richardson will lead our discussion on God's gift of companionship.
