What de�nes a luxury coach today? Is it the manufacturer, the brand, design, ride quality, or advanced technology not found in other vehicles? Or is it simply a matter of price – that is the willingness of a consumer to pay a premium for the status associated with certain brands? Only you can answer that question honestly because we all have our own outlook on what is important to our business model, our corporate situation and our customers requirements. It is fair to state that the term “Luxury” ultimately has a cost ,however with the Super 9 we have included the luxury touches at no extra charge, creating a premium travelling environment, in doing this we have made Luxury a no cost standard now that's sophisticated!
Lighting
Comfort begins with the visual perception of theinterior of a coach, so all Super 9 coaches have been �tted with a number of mood light settings changing from soft blue to brilliant white, at the �ick of a switch. Blue LED overhead marker lights o�er passengers a point of reference when it's dark this is due to the indirect lighting concept that creates a pleasant sense of space activated by the auto headlights on function.
Natural light is �ltered by the UV protection system �tted to the tinted glass in the Super 9, helping to ensure the passenger compartment is protected from harmful UV rays and ensuring that all available daylight is used to brighten up the passenger compartment.
There are two separately operable reading lampsabove each seat for your convenience. Additionally, indirect LED lighting is �tted to the aisle and step areas, improving passenger safety for entering and exiting the Super 9 day or night.

Extensive local R&D revealed the coach industry really wanted in a mid range coach, so the Harris Group went and built it!
The DNA of the Harris Higer Super 9 is European in every aspect from the blue chip components used to deliver reliable and dependable quality, to the build and construction of the vehicle showcasing the world class build attainable by true attention to detail.
When the Super9 was designed the basic spec of the vehicle was predetermined by what the coach industry told us they wanted in a midi coach. Many of the parts used in the Super 9 are from internationally renowned suppliers with dedicated supply routes in UK and Ireland. When you see components like a Cummins Engine, ZF Gearbox, Firestone airbags, Wabco braking system and electronics and Isringhuasen Seat. You can see why the Super 9 XL is a leader and not a follow-er.

Coach transmissions have to do a lot. This is where the EcoLife Coach gearbox demonstrates its advantages over manual and automated transmissions – with 25 percent more torque available and designed for a much longer service life.
The ECOLIFE challenges the roads and slopes. Up to 2,300 newton meters of torque and 6 speeds ensure high average speeds at low engine revs thanks to a higher constant axle ratio. That means the engine can always supply full torque without disengaging and engaging the clutch, and without losing speed during gear-shifts.
The Super 9 XL Euro6 C is �tted with the ZF Super economy and power button a �rst for a MIDI coach.

WARRANTY INFORMATION WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS

The Higer New Vehicle Warranty covers the cost of repair or replacement of defective parts to repair a material, assembly or manufacturing defect acknowledged by the manufacturer. It also covers consequential damage to the vehicle resulting from the principal defect. The decision whether to repair or replace a defective part shall be at the sole discretion of Higer. Normal wear and tear on certain parts that are subject to wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.

The Super 9 has 30 000km service intervals using Total oil so the service costs wont break the bank.

Our parts distribution centre, serves the Harris Group brands and supports our appointed dealer network, regional depots, and walk-in customers for the United Kingdom & Ireland.
The Parts Distribution Centre was established in 1964 to provide timely delivery of service parts, panels, etc for our customers’ needs, and also to hold just-in-time (JIT)inventory for the J Harris Assemblers KD plant located on-site.
The Harris Group combines Fast Locating and Special Handling (FLASH), along with a sophis-ticated in-house computer system, to pack and dispatch parts to our customers.
The dedicated parts control team use advanced automated reordering systems to control the parts supply chain, which is overseen by our parts management team to control order levels, and liaise with our globalsuppliers to ensure that our parts distribution centre achieves our market leading 98% pick from stock.
Investment in the latest technology enablesthe receiving, storing, picking, and shipping functions to be performed e�ciently, making sure customers have the right part at the righttime.
