“Our procure-to-pay process has actually reduced by about 60%. One of the biggest problems we used to have is once a year the auditors would come in and ask for these invoices that were 12 months old. We would not know where to look. With Concur they’re in the system, you look up the vendor and you’ve got a list of all the invoices you’ve ever received from them and all the audit trails of those invoice approvals. It allows for comments, for me to share comments with the invoice approvers, they can share comments back. Any issues can all be raised within the system. And it’s real time. Everything within the system happens immediately.

We’ve reduced the use of paper by 90%. Escalations are all automatic. The speed at which Concur works being on the cloud is fantastic and that’s actually complemented our accounting system which we host in-house.
