Vial: Tip allows controlled administration directly to tongue or buccal surface. Each drop is ~40µl (microliters) and offers a single dose, single infant use.

Preservative free vials contain 24% sucrose in purified water.

SweetUms can be used in conjunction with other non-pharmacological comfort measures including acupuncture, non-nutritive sucking, breastfeeding, skin-to-skin, swaddling, therapeutic massage, musical therapy and facilitated tucking.

Cup: Just a couple of drops on a pacifier or on the tip of the tongue, a few minutes before a procedure is sufficient. Each cup contains 15ml of 24% sucrose, for single infant use.

Preservative free cups contain 24% sucrose in purified water, 24% sugar and citric acid (buffer).
