ABSTRACT
A STUDY ON STRESS MANAGEMENT IN GREAVES COTTON INDIA LIMITED
The study of this project is A STUDY ON STRESS MANAGEMENTIN GREAVES
COTTON INDIA LIMITED AT GUMMIDIPOONDI, and this is solely an internal analysis of
the company.
The project aims at analyzing the Stress management of the company. It has also analysis
the various steps involved in the stress management process.
The project work is based on secondary data. The secondary data was collected from the
annual report of the company.
This study gives a good support for improving the HR department. The study is helpful of
gaining the practical knowledge about the company.
