TERMS AND CONDITIONS

New Customers

We are distributors of home furnishing items so our customers our retailers who in turn sell our products to the end customer.

For new customers whether they are retailers, online retailers, wholesalers or Interior decorators we would need the following from you in order to open an account:

• Copy of your resale certificate• Our credit application completed and signed.• Our customer information form completed and signed.

Orders

• $350 Minimum and re-order minimums depending on the delivery destination.•Prices will be emailed upon request.• Order cancellations must be done in writing 5 business days before the ship date.

Backorders

• Backorders are shipped immediately on receipt of stock in warehouse.• If an item on back order is ordered. The item will be shipped automatically once it is received in the warehouse without any notification.• Our items are regularly updated. So the items on back order will say out of stock and the ETA will be mentioned.• Payment terms for items on back order are the same as normal order.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We want to provide 100% satisfaction to our customer. There might be times when there will be problems with our products. Our return policy will take care of all your problems. The following is applicable for ALL RETURNS.

• Products must be returned in their original packing

• We do not accept returns after 90 days of receipt.

• In order to process any return we would need you to fill out a RAF (Return Authorization Form).

• We recommend you to send all your shipments with a tracking number and proper insurance.

• Once the products reach our warehouse we will inspect the products and a credit will be provided to the customer (Not including the freight).

• We will bear the cost of freight in the following conditions:

1. If the item was damaged once it reached the customers address.2. If the wrong item was sent by us.3. Not in resalable condition

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt with the driver present. Any damage should be refused at the time of delivery and noted by the carrier.

Please click pictures of damaged items as they will be required for authorizing the returns.The following is applicable for NON-DEFECTIVE items returned due to Buyer’s Remorse Reason’s:

• A return processing and restocking fee will be deducted for all returned items.

• Please note that a 3% credit card fee will be charged/deducted on all returns if original form of payments was a credit card on all non-defective/damaged rugs for Prepay customer.

• The customer is responsible for all freight charges associated with receiving and returning any non-defective product.

Samples

• We encourage all our customers to order samples. We can deliver samples to all 48 states of USA. Samples are free for customers who place an order with us.

• Customer is responsible for all freight charges associated with receiving and returning any samples.

SHIPPING POLICY

• We shop for the best possible shipping rates and methods of shipping to ensure the lowest possible freight rate.

• We also accommodate 3rd party shipping requests. Please note this on your order.

• Rates are calculated by weight, dimension or dimensional weight.

• Residential and rural areas will incur additional freight charges.

• We usually ship via UPS/UPS freight, FEDEX/FEDEX freight. For big orders we can also ship by LTL service.
