There could be a storyline to match the image that has relevance with a video or a storyline in the lyrics to one of their songs. So this magazine cover is promoting them as an artist to gain awareness from their audience. The language that they have used under the name on the cover sounds like cowboy talk but then adding their persona at the end of the text of them being the hottest band in America.
