AACO Regional Training Center (RTC) continues to provide an essential service to the Arab airlines and the Arab aviation community at large. Since its establishment in 1996, AACO RTC has contributed to the human resources development for more than 23000 of aviation family members, who sought to improve their skills and knowledge in order to better serve their airlines and indeed to better serve the traveling public through maintaining the highest level of safety, security, operational efficiencies, and service delivery.

AACO RTC also expanded its coverage through a number of cooperation activities with IATA, Helwan University, Industry Partners, and many more in order to provide the men and women who work in aviation with additional opportunities to strengthen their passion to this industry with vocational and academic learning.

A number of aviation Executives were able to attain better careers by achieving Master’s Degrees in aviation management. They were also able to contribute to their own airlines a higher level of vision that helps those airlines to meet the intense competitive pressures that the industry lives with.

Airlines invest heavily in all aspects of aviation. However the first, foremost and greatest type of investment remains the investment in their human capital.

We hope to be of service to you.

Abdul Wahab TeffahaSecretary General
