1.0 ONSHORE ACTIVITIES

The main activities on site this month were completing 132kv Building cladding, completing all

internal blockwork and preparation of rooms for installation of Mechanical and Electrical

equipment to commence in August.

All concrete foundation works were completed in the 66kv building. The surrounds of the structure

was backfilled in preperation for Structural Steel erection commencing later this month.

The design for the Filter Compound is nearing completion with construction to follow.

Safety checks on cladding specification undertaken.

2.0 OFFSHORE ACTIVITIES

The main activities this month are fabrication of foundations, manufacturing of cables and

planning works for foundation installation, cable installation, scour protection installation and

seabed inspection and clearance.

2.1 Seabed Inspection and Clearance

This work aims to start in August and finish around October.

2.2 Scour Protection

Installation is expected to start in October.

2.3 Foundation Fabrication and Installation

Fabrication of the foundation jackets and suction buckets is progressing in various fabrica tions

yards across Europe.

Foundation installation is due to start November once seabed preparation and scour protec-

tion has been installed.

2.4 Cable Manufacture

Cable manufacturing is progressing. The different materials are manufactured in several lo-

cations across Europe before being assembled at JDR factory in Hartlepool
