INDAS provides solutions for production and plant management systems for concrete plants by presenting turnkey automation systems. Concrete Plant Automation includes PC, PLC, weighing equipment, control panel, mimic diagram, manual control system, MMC panels. PLC acquires the weight information through weighing indicators in binary mode. Personal Computers communicate directly with PLC thus system parameters could be monitored through computer screen without any delays. The ingredients are taken into weighing bunker and fed into the mixer in precise amounts. Recipes are strictly followed using PLC controlled indicators to activate the silo flaps in the system in the control points. All the recipes and material consumptions reports could be received from the system.

All the industrial processes has different type of waste and wastewater therefore specially designed treatment systems are required for every industry. Therefore the automation and design of this waste treatment projects requires experienced engineers all over the world. TREATMENT SYSTEM AUTOMATION

When treatment systems are examined, scattered constructions, messy electrical power consumption, PLC architecture and instrumentation could be seen. Therefore companies need maintenance , breakdown tracking and reporting functions.

System takes in exact amount of material specified in the recipe. When the exact amount reached the system carries out the material to the goods silo after specific processes according to system architecture. All the processes in the field can be monitored through the operator panel with the help of an advanced SCADA software thus amount of material in the silo, daily consumption, recipe information and error messages with time stamp can be monitored and saved. Error messages can be created by mathematical calculation or by the help of the information through sensors to analyze whether there is enough material to run the requested recipe.

ANIMAL FEED PLANT AUTOMATION

If there is a micro dozing equipment to add some additional additives it can be connected to the main animal feed dozing system. If the additive is prepared manually then the system won’t start unless the additive is added.

System has a security software in order to prevent user errors. All the material transfer through silos are carried out with weighing. By this way any harm to the material prevented and the amount of the material could be controlled. If requested the system could be integrated with options such as remote access, SMS service and additive mixing.

Mixers and reactors are the most important devices in the chemical production. Automation of the reactors have to be flexible, reliable and secure. Integration of the material handling, stock tracking, labeling to automation can be done with different methods. Automation system must be flexible enough to handle hundreds of recipe variations. Also system has to be secure and reliable. Especially in the ex-proof worksites, automation solution must be designed with the right equipment. Beside the weighting automation system also manages temperature levels, speed of mixers, pH levels, recipes and packaging procedures.
