Both products assist with plyometric training, but can be used for different training modalities.  

The hard surface of the Jumpboard is perfect for footwork for clients who find the footbar uncomfortable. With its elastic webbing, the Cardio-Tramp provides a more forgiving jump surface, making it a great tool for working clients up to true plyometric work. It will also provide a more proprioceptive work surface for rehab clients.

Both are useful Reformer accessories, but challenge the muscles and joints in very different ways.
