Aims
• ascertain, document and better understand stakeholders' concerns about the qualities and limitations of existing ABS data collections
• identify vehicles for improved communication with key stakeholders in the lead up to the 2011 Census-based data development and release with the aim of improving estimation, relevance, dissemination and use of Indigenous demographic statistics;

• assist in fostering and building relationships between the ABS and Indigenous people, Indigenous communities, Indigenous organisations, policy makers, researchers and other users of Indigenous demographic statistics.
• understand the processes users find most useful to acquire ABS Indigenous demographic statistics to ensure timely, easy and increased access.
