Abstract

As a student to become a medical assistant it’s a lot to overcome our fears to active our

patients to believe in us in order for us to do our job. Also another thing is that taking business

communication can also teach us to become more successful in our career, to become successful

as a MA we need to earn their trust, and loyalty for us to do our best in our job to make them feel

safe and comfortable in our field. The key in learning business communication is not only to

become successful, but to development a strong relationship at work is communion. Without

communication we as a medical assistant do not have the right to do what the doctor does, like

telling them that they have some type of sickness or that we can’t prescribe them medication.

These are the type of ways I have learned in class to become successful in my field. Without

business communication we as a student won’t even learn the types of method to become

successful or even have a good communication with our coworkers and boss.
