Investigation of poor academic achievement is overall planned by Office of Academic Affairs (OAA), implemented by each college, department and learning center in cooperation with instructors in counseling.

Be operated once per semester and completed within two weeks after midterm.

Be 100% completed, even though students of the subject are with no need.

After compiling the list of substandard students, OAA will inform every college of departments to register these students as main consulting target .

Each unit has to set up specific measures of consulting and track student’s improvement.

Midterm early warning system is developed and serves as a convenient way for instructors to upload warning information of undergraduate students online.

If undergraduate student fails more than 50% credits two times, he/she should be dropped out.

Midterm early warning is carried out, and also timely consulting for substandard students

In 3rd Academic Affair Meeting, Academic early warning is set up based on ‘main guideline on execution of student’s academic early warning’

In 2nd Academic Affair Meeting, it’s agreed that even there’s no need to upload students early warning data, still professor should register it.
