    Sale Deed

    THIS CONTRACT is made on the 29th

     day of Nov, 2013 by and between Mr Parvinder Singh

    S/O Late Bachhan Singh (Seller) whose address is Vill:Navada Koh,Teh & Distt:Faridabad

    AND

    Vijay Kumar Mishra(Buyer) whose address is C-271,Dabua Colony,Faridabad.

    WHEREAS, Seller along with his two brothers(Jagat Singh & Bhagwan Singh) is the owner of

    194.44 Sq/yard land with khevat No.-979,Khatauni Number:-1188,Kila No-19/20,21 Mu no 20

    Kila No:- 1,Mu No 21 Kila No 4/2,5,7/1 Rakba 34,located at Village:Navada Koh,Teh &Distt:Faridabad and desires to sell his part of 194.44/3=64.81 Sq/Yard land to Buyer;

    WHEREAS, Buyer agrees to buy the property located at same address;

     NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

    1. The Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to buy the property located at Village:Navada

    Koh,Teh & Distt:Faridabad, and more particularly described as follows:

    consisting of the land and all the buildings, other improvements, and fixtures on the land; and all

    of the Seller's rights relating to the land.

    2. Purchase Price. The terms upon which this offer is made are as follows:

    Purchase price : 5,15,000(Rupees Five Lac Fifteen Thousand)

    Deposit upon signing of this contract: 50,000(Rupees Fifty Thousand)

    3. The Buyer is ready to pay the deposit amount on the day of Agreement.

    4. The Buyer also agrees to pay this whole amount in span of 60 days from the date of agreement

    otherwise the deposit amount will be confiscated and seller is not liable to return it.

    5. Any other amount paid by buyer to seller(if Same is sought by seller) apart from depositamount shall be returned if buyer is unable to pay the whole amount in given span of time.

    6. The seller has not any problem in transferring the ownership to Buyer or any of his nominated

    relative.

    8. Transfer of Ownership. At the closing, the Seller will transfer ownership of the property to the

    Buyer. The Seller will give the Buyer a properly executed bargain and sale deed with covenants

    against grantors acts and an Affidavit of Title.

    via cheque issued against my name dated………………. On account of selling my part of

    194.44/3=65Sq/Yard Approx land to Vijay Kumar Mishra R/O C-271 Dabua Colony,NIT

    Faridabad.
