Gentlemen:
On May 7, 1991 I submitted a proposed amendment to the Oconee Nuclear Station
(ONS) facility operating licenses and revisions to the ONS Technical
Specifications consisting of changes to support operation of Unit 1 at full power
during Cycle 14 and future fuel cycle designs for all Oconee units. Supporting
technical justification for the proposed changes was provided in Attachment 3,
"Oconee Unit 1, Cycle 14, Reload Report," to the referenced letter.
The purpose of this letter is to advise the NRC that the five figures provided
in Attachment to this letter were inadvertently omitted from Attachment 3 to my letter of May 7, 1991. Accordingly, these figures are submitted herein for
inclusion in Attachment 3 to my original submittal.
