Getting Started: General Information

W2’s will be available on the ADP Portal for both current and

former ClubCorp Employee Partners

W2’s will be available via ADP Portal, and they will be mailed to

the Employee Partners home address via USPS

The ADP Portal can be accessed from your Apple or Android

phone or tablet via Mobile App (see Mobile Solutions Slide) or

Mobile Solutions Website at https://mobile.adp.com , or from any

computer by going to www.portal.adp.com

ADP Mobile Solutions

For Apple devices the ADP Mobile Solution for Smartphone App

is offered for free on iTunes®.

The ADP Mobile Solutions Tablet App, is a tablet optimized

version of the app

For Android devices, the ADP Mobile Solution for Smartphone

App is offered for free on Google® Play or Amazon.com®

The ADP Mobile Solutions website supports Apple, Android,

and BlackBerry devices using the https://mobile.adp.com/

mobile URL

The ADP Portal can also be accessed from any computer by

going to www.portal.adp.com

If you have never registered at the ADP Portal, you

must do so in order to access your ClubCorp W2.

ADP Portal Registration

For Current or Former ClubCorp Employee Partners who HAVE

NOT registered for the ADP Portal, go to www.clubcorp.com/hr

and follow the instructions for ADP Portal Registration

For Current or Previous ClubCorp Employee Partners who have

previously registered but are unable to get logged in, call ADP

Portal Support at 1.800.800.0102. Please allow up to 48hrs for a

call back from ADP Portal Support

Once registered, follow the Mobile Solutions instructions to

access the ADP Portal, or go to www.portal.adp.com from

your computer

**NOTE** For current or former ClubCorp Employee

Partners who already use the portal to access check

stubs, manage time, etc.; You will use that same login

to access your W2.

Once you have registered at the ADP Portal, you can log into the Mobile Solutions

App to access your W2. **NOTE** Screenshots and steps below are from Apple

iPhone device.

Step 1: Open the ADP Mobile

Solutions App, type in user ID

and press NEXT

Step 2: Type in password and

press LOGIN

Step 3: Touch options icon

(highlighted), and then choose

“Myself”

Step 4: Touch the Tax option Step 5: All available W2’s will

be shown. Touch to open the

one you need, and then you

can print or share to email,

etc.

Step 1: From any computer, go to

www.portal.adp.com, type in your User ID and

Password and click SIGN IN

Step 2: Click on Pay & Taxes drop down, and select

Pay & Tax Statements

Step 3: SCROLL DOWN to the VERY

BOTTOM of the Pay Tab, and download any

available W2 Statements (highlighted).

Additional Information

W2’s will be mailed to the Employee Partners home address.

You can also log into the ADP Portal and download/print your W2

Current ClubCorp Employee Partners may use their Club’s HR

Kiosk computer and printer to print their W2’s

Former ClubCorp Employee Partners will have ADP Portal

access for 3 years after their date of termination

For Current or Former ClubCorp Employee Partners who have

previously registered at the ADP Portal but are unable to get

logged in, call ADP Portal Support at 1.800.800.0102. Please
