ACCREDITATIONSThe school is a licensed private school by the Bulgarian Ministry of Education and Science and a Cambridge Primary and Cambridge International School. It is also recognized as an Edexcel centre of learning and is also a member of COBIS (Council of British International Schools).

SPORTS & CREATIVE CURRICULUMEducation cannot just consist of pure academics, our students need to develop their creative side, have fun, and relax their brains. We offer a stimulating creative arts programme which includes art, music and technologies. The lessons in physical education provide for their healthy and good physical state.

EXTRACURRICULARAfter classes students participate in various activities and clubs. They can sign up for different sports such as football, tennis, swimming, basketball, fencing, yoga and others, or join a club in performing arts or fine arts, design and technology, debating.

HEALTH, SAFETY & WELLBEING We are committed to ensuring both the physical safety of our students, and caring for their emotional wellbeing. At the school we have qualified nurses and a psychologist. First aid provisions and dedicated medical rooms should a child fall ill or have an accident are provided.

DINING OPTIONSWe dispose with own cooking facilities on site and we ensure a daily menu of several meals, desserts and fruits. The canteen is open all day and the students have four meals per day - early breakfast, snack, lunch and an afternoon snack. We make no compromise with the taste and the nutritious quality of the food.

SCHOOL LIFE & COMMUNITYThe Student Council and the PTA are committed to the establishment of active communication between students, parents and school management. Both participate in the organisation of various social and charity activities and events and support the new students and parents to the school community.

Kindergarten

The programme includes subjects in compliance with the State Educational Standards of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Bulgaria, Cambridge Primary School, Cambridge International School, IGCSE and A-level.

KINDERGARTENChildren learn through learning situations in English Language, Bulgarian Language, Math, Environment, Arts, Physical education, Music, Design and technologies and others. We put the foundations for building reading habits and fostering the love for books and learning.

PRIMARYOur main focus is for all students up to the end of grade 4 to communicate freely and confidently in English and to have developed skills in Mathematics, Science and Bulgarian Language. We emphasize specifically on building a solid Math foundation.We work on establishing time management skills and preparation for exams and competitions, searching and analyzing of information and reasserting reading habits.

LOWER SECONDARYWe focus on teaching and developing competencies in the fields of Math, Science, Literature and Grammar - both English and Bulgarian. From grade 5 and up, it is compulsory to opt for an additional foreign language within the mandatory programme.Practical lessons for developing presentation skills are included in the programme for grades 5 and 6.

UPPER SECONDARYThe essential focus is on achieving excellent results in both State Maturity Exams and IGCSE and Cambridge International Advanced Level exams.
