One test can be performed on up to 250 t of delivered or used cement. When testing the cement, manufacturer must take a special sample of cement and store it for six months, according to the regulation on Yugoslav standard JUS

B.C1.012, provided that storing of the samples of cement until the takeover of the structure can be predicted in the construction project. If the test determines that the cement does not meet the quality requirements of this Article, the use of such cement is suspended and the full examination of all physical, mechanical and chemical properties of cement is performed on a separate sample. Concrete admixtures are examined according to the regulation on the Yugoslav standard JUS U.M1.037 for each batch when delivering the

concrete admixtures to the site or if the time of maturation of concrete admixtures on the site is longer than six months. Article 40 Manufacturer tests the consistency of fresh concrete of each type of concrete at the start of concrete production, in terms of Article 22 of this Rulebook, in the preparation of test specimens for testing the properties of hardened concrete, according to the regulation on Yugoslav standard JUS U.M1.020 or at least once during the work shift. If it is determined by the testing program, the consistency of

fresh concrete can be further tested in the place where the concrete is placed. If it is determined by the construction project or testing program, the amount of pores in the aerated fresh concrete of every kind of concrete is tested according the regulation on Yugoslav standar JUS U.M1.031 and during concreting under special conditions, fresh concrete temperature is tested according to regulation on Yugoslav standard JUS U.M1.032. Article 41 The results of compressive strength test are assessed according to the regulation on Yugoslav standard JUS

U.M1.051. Article 47 Samples to represent evidence of compliance with the conditions prescribed for the concrete quality are taken at the point of concrete installation according to the control program, and are kept and prepared according to the regulation on Yugoslav standard JUS U.M1.005. Article 51 Flexural strength of concrete is determined according to the regulations on Yugoslav standards JUS U.M1.010, JUS U.M1.011 and JUS U.M1.022. Article 52

Article 7 Samples for type testing and control of the conformity of products referred to in Article 1 of this Rulebook are taken by the authorized attestation bodies, in the manner established by the Yugoslav standards under Art. 4 and 5 of this Rulebook.

Record is made about sampling, which contains the following information: 1) name and address of the manufacturer or importer; 2) product name, code and technical characteristics, namely: a) basic technical information about the product; b) a brief description of the product, conditions and methods of installation and use, with a special focus on the factors that affect the fire resistance of products; c) technical documentation on the product that is certified by the manufacturer, which should include:

- drawing of the product from the main project, with the terms of load and application; - drawing of all the details of the product essential for its resistance to fire; - information on the characteristics of the used material established by Yugoslav standards; - method of installation of the product; 3) quantity from which the average sample is taken; 4) place and date of sampling. The record on the sampling is signed by representatives of the manufacturer or importer and

representatives of authorized attestation bodies. Article 8 The report on the examination of imported products, in addition to the data referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, also includes: 1) the kind and type of product; 2) data on manufacturer; 3) name of the country of origin; 4) information on supplier and importer; 5) number and date of the bill of sale; 6) number and date of the contract; 7) number and date of the invoice; 8) place, date of arrival, and

quantity. Article 10 The manufacturer or importer labels with attestation mark the product for which the attest is issued. Attestation mark is put on a special plate or label, where the size of the "B" from the item 4 of the Order on appearance and application of attestation mark ("Official Gazette of SFRY", No 4/79 and 3/81) is determined by the manufacturer or importer, based on the size and character of the attested product of the order of magnitude of R10, expressed in millimeters,

according to the Yugoslav standard JUS A.A0.001 - Standard numbers, numerical values and definitions, where: 1) the relation of the measures "A", "B" and "C" is in accordance with the Order on appearance and application attestation mark; 2) the labeling of certified sign is performed on the product itself; 3) the alphanumeric code is entered under attestation mark . Letter code refers to the group and subgroup of the Yugoslav standards (U.J) which include products to be attested, and number code refers to the code of the organization

authorized for mandatory attestation; 4) there is a code "P" in a circle within attestation mark, with a thickness of a half of a measure "C" from paragraph 2. of the Order on appearance and application of attestation mark; Article 12 The organization may be authorized to test the products referred to in Article 1 of this Rulebook in terms of fire resistance, which in terms of equipment and staff professional qualifications meets the following requirements: 1) it has the following equipment:

a) specially designed furnaces to expose samples (elements) to standard fire, according to the following Yugoslav standards: - exposure to fire of vertical elements on one side - JUS U.J1.090;

- exposure to fire of horizontal structural elements on the bottom side - JUS U.J1.110;

- exposure to fire of beams on three or four sides - JUS U.J1.114;

- exposure to fire of columns and walls on more than one side - JUS U.J1.100;

b) device for exposure to fire of roof-constructions

- JUS U.J1.140.
