Visible improvement in students to be observed by giving a collaborative environment to develop their skills. Focus should be on providing such environment during schooling so that students are better able to cope up with challenges of the 21st century

provided to increase content understandingWeekly / bi-monthly presentations / debates should be
arranged so that students gain confidence to openly express themselves in front of a crowd
Group learning sessions should be arranged focusing on improving interpersonal skills and to better understand their responsibility matrix while working individually or as part of a team
Urge students to use electronic media (e.g. TV, internet) in a constructive way

I will try to motivate them to put as much effort as they could individually and the final result would automatically be fine
I will encourage them to give their best without worrying about the outcome
I will try to convince the parents that internet access under proper supervision is not harmful
