High Level Goals• Long term goals
– Enhance science education in high schools
– Increase enrollment in science programs at university level
– Enable teachers to get involved in research through training and support
– Developing a system for talent identification, tracking and support
• Short term goals– Start a new fair building on existing resources
– Support and motivate students to do research projects
– Support science teachers who have students doing science activities
– Create support system for students within the research community

Preparation work: establish timelines, responsibilities, standards, committee of partners, procedures
• All documents prepared in Serbian and according to ISEF standards
• Fair committee formed (MoE, Science centers, leading researchers, science teachers and sponsors)
