Mashed Potato Bar $11.95 per personMashed garlic Yukon potatoes and bourbon sweet potatoes served with assorted toppings such as pulled pork, beef chilli, sautéed mushrooms, beef gravy, demi glaze, smoked chili tobacco onions, caramelized onions, bacon pieces, marshmallows, sour cream, butter, and assorted shredded cheeses.

Build Your Own Fajita $16 per personSoft flour tortillas served with seasoned chicken and beef strips, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onions, assorted shredded cheeses, sliced pickled jalapenos, sliced olives topped with choice of sour cream, salsa, or green chili relish.

Pad Thai Station $15 per personChicken, shrimp, or vegetable stir-fry accompanied by choice of vegetables (snow peas, baby corn, bok choy, bean sprouts) tossed with rice stick pasta, hot house peppers and onions. Served with egg rolls and plum sauce.

Double Shrimp Station $15 per personSucculent shrimp seared two ways of your choosing: scampi, pesto basil, Thai peanut sauce, Marsala cream, saffron cream, Kung Pao, spicy tomato sauce OR roasted garlic with sesame oil

ALL CATERED EVENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% MANAGEMENT CHARGE. This Management Charge is the sole property of the food/beverage service company or the venue owner, as applicable, is used to cover such costs and expenses in connection with the catered event (other than employee tips, gratuities, and wages), and is not charged in lieu of a tip. The Management Charge is not a tip, gratuity or service charge, not is it purported to be a tip, gratuity, or service charge, for any wait staff employee, service employed, service bartender, or other employee, and no part of the Management Charge will be distributed (as a tip, gratuity, or otherwise) to any employed who provide service to guests.
