NUTCRACKER HOLIDAY LOUNGE | 1:00 P.M. – 10:00 P.M. (December 20, 2019 - January 4, 2020) Located in the Frontenac Ballroom Foyer, the Nutcracker Holiday Lounge is open for après-ski snacks and dinner with live entertainment from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. December 31 open 1:00 p.m. to Midnight.

PORTOBELLO | 6:30 A.M. – 4:00 P.M., 5:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. (APRÈS from 4:00 - 5:00 PM) Whether it’s a hearty breakfast bowl, one of Whistler’s best sandwiches, or even a sweet late afternoon treat, Portobello is a magnet for locals and guests alike. For dinner enjoy a decadent smokehouse-style dinner menu including rotisserie chicken, smoked beef brisket, BBQ pork shoulder and more. Eat in, or take out. Live music from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily.

THE GRILL ROOM | 5:00 P.M. – 10:00 P.M. The Grill Room elevates the traditional steakhouse experience with a masterful use of flame, signature seasonings and indulgent side dishes. Featuring succulent Canadian beef, game and local seafood, The Grill Room’s menu showcases organic produce grown by neighbouring farmers.

THE CHALET | 5:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. Offering a storybook setting for holiday cheer with an alpine-themed menu, The Chalet features savoury fondues, house-made paté, rösti, artisan charcuterie platters and decadent chocolate fondue.
