Our superb catering manager Jacqueline Yendole is continuing to keep patients’ taste buds tantalised with her delicious array of meals and snacks. Award-winning chef Jacqueline and assistant Paul Williams provide a singularly personal service which consistently attains excellent ratings in customer satisfaction surveys. Recent highlights include a special menu for Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding. Patients toasted the royal couple with Buck’s Fizz and feasted on smoked salmon blinis, poached chicken breast and homemade cake. The warmer weather has

also encouraged the catering department to introduce homemade sorbets and ice creams to the menu.

We constantly strive to improve our catering service to ensure we continue to be recognised as ‘a five star’ premises by Food Hygiene Regulations.
