When retrofitting or replacing a straight shower rod with Model 9530 curved shower rod, mount the new flange at the same location as the old flange. This will maximize the additional space a curved shower rod is designed to provide.

If properly mounted, the shower rod will withstand a maximum load of 50 lbs. without any sign of a permanent deflection.

FEATURES & SPECIFICATIONSINTENDED USE — The 6" Wafer-Thin LED recessed downlight with remote driver box combines high quality light output and efficiency while eliminating the pot light housing for competitive affordability. This innovative wafer-slim Type IC design allows easy installation for new construction or remodel from below the ceiling without the requirement of a pot light housing. The LED module maintains at least 70% light output for 36,000 hours. These LED Wafer downlights are intended for closets, attics, hallways, bathrooms, kitchens, basements, soffits, entry ways, porches, garages, stairwells, corridors, nursing/retirement homes, condos, elevators, apartments, and any other small areas.

CONSTRUCTION — Ideal for shallow ceiling plenum since a pot light housing is NOT required. IC rated driver and fixture - approved for direct contact with insulation. Aluminum die cast outer frame. Durable, powder coat paint to prevent rust. Round fixture with integral edge-lit LED's. Steel spring clip for easy installation. Plenum rated cable connector to connect from module to remote driver box. Isolated driver integrated inside steel remote box with four 7/8" knockouts with slots for pryout. Not suitable for pulling wires.

PATENT PENDING.

INSTALLATION — Ideal for shallow ceiling plenum; no housing required. Steel spring clip for easy installation. 6" cut out template is provided to ensure a correct sized hole is cut into ceiling for proper installation of the trim. Size of hole should not exceed 6 1/4 inches for this product. Suitable for installation in t-grid and drop ceiling applications.

OPTICS — Wafer-Thin downlight edge-lit LED technology uses light guided plate to distribute light. Polycarbonate lens provides even illumination throughout the space. Utilized 3000K and 4000K color temperature LEDs.

ELECTRICAL — Connect directly to 120V power supply via provided UL recognized driver. High efficient driver with power factor > 0.9. Ambient operating temperature: -40°F (-40°C) to +104°F (+40°C). Dimming down to 10% (See page 2 for recommended dimmers). Standard input wattage is 13W, 79 lumens per watt.

TypeFEATURES & SPECIFICATIONSINTENDED USE —Emergency Lighting Micro Inverter works in conjunction with a fluorescent or LED fixture to create an emergency lighting system. The inverter operates a maximum load of 20 to 25W at unity power factor. It allows the connected fixtures to be on, off, switched or dimmed without affecting emergency operation. The Inverter provides power to the input side of the fixture, including the ballast, and can be used with indoor or outdoor emergency fixture applications.

FEATURES & SPECIFICATIONSINTENDED USE — Inspired by classic fluorescent strip channels, this LED fixture offers a traditional appearance that incorporates the latest technology. Available in several color temperatures, lumen packages and lengths. Ideal for use in commercial, retail, office, warehouse and display applications. Certain airborne contaminants can diminish integrity of acrylic and/or polycarbonate. Click here for Acrylic-Polycarbonate Compatibility table for suitable uses.

CONSTRUCTION — Compact-design channel and cover are formed from code-gauge cold-rolled steel. Easy to install row aligner bracket included for continuous row mounting.

Finish: High-gloss, baked white enamel (standard).

OPTICS — LEDs provide 80+ color rendering index (CRI) at 3500 K, 4000 K and 5000 K. Diffuse polycarbonate lens provides smooth, linear illumination which is designed to resemble the classic look of traditional fluorescent lamps.

Lumen output up to 1,000 lumens per foot for the 4' and 8' models. Lumen output delivers 2,200 per foot for the 2' model. Luminaire should be installed in applications where ambient temperatures do not exceed maximum ambient operating temperature of 95˚F (35˚C).

ELECTRICAL — This fixture is tested to withstand a maximum line surge of 2.5kV/.2kA ring wave for indoor locations. Also tested to withstand a maximum line surge of 2kV/1kA combination wave for indoor locations. For applications requiring higher level of protection additional surge protection must be provided.

INSTALLATION — Fixture may be surface or suspension mounted with appropriate mounting options (see accessories). Aligner locks in place for easy continuous row mounting.

LISTINGS — CSA certified to US and Canadian safety standards and listed suitable for damp locations. Minimum starting temperature at -40°F (-40°C). Maximum ambient operating temperature of 95˚F (35˚C).

CONSTRUCTION — Engineering-grade thermoplastic housing is impact-resistant, scratch-resistant, and corro-sion-proof. UL94V-0 flame rating. UV-stable resin resists discoloration from natural and man-made light sources.

Rugged unibody housing snaps together with no additional mechanical fasteners. Faceplate and back cover are inter-changeable on housing. Positive snap-fit tabs hold faceplate securely, yet easily removable for lamp compartment access.

Universal directional Chevron inserts are easily removed and reinserted. Uniform illumination without shadows or hot spots. Reinforced, impact-resistant color panels. Letters 6” high with 3/4” stroke, with 100 ft. viewing distance rating, based upon UL924 standards.

OPTICS — LEDs mounted on printed circuit boards. Low energy consumption – less than one watt. LED lamp operates in normal (AC input) and emergency (DC input) modes.

The typical life of the exit LED lamp is 10 years.

ELECTRICAL — Dual voltage input capability (120/277V).

Low-voltage disconnect prevents excessively deep discharge that can permanently damage battery. Conve-niently located test switch and LED provide visual and manual means of monitoring system.

Constant-current series charger minimizes energy consumption and provides low operating costs. Printed circuit boards are 100% quality tested during manufacturing. Current-limiting charger circuitry protects printed circuit boards from shorts.

AC/LV reset (line latch) allows battery connection before AC power is applied and aids in preventing battery damage from deep discharge.

Crystal oscillator timing system with watchdog protection for precision accuracy.

Brownout protection is automatically switched to emergency mode when supply voltage drops below 80% of nominal.

Battery: Sealed, maintenance-free nickel-cadmium battery delivers 90-minutes capacity to emergency lamps. Two-state constant-current charge maximizes battery life and automatically recharges after battery discharge.

Diagnostics: Single-point microcomputer control for all electronic features.

Test switch provides manual activation of 30-second diagnostic testing for on-demand visual inspection. Self-diagnostic testing for five minutes every 30 days and 30 minutes every six months.

Diagnostic evaluation of LED light source, AC to DC transfer, charging and battery condition. Continuously monitors AC functionality.

INSTALLATION — Universal (top-, end-, or back-) mounting. Easily removed mounting knockouts. J-box pattern on back panel. Housing snaps to canopy with four positive-locking tabs. Cam-locking pin tightly secures housing to canopy.

Ships standard with additional face plate.

LISTINGS — UL damp location listed 50°-104°F (10°-40°C) standard. NOM Certified (see options). Meets UL924, NFPA 101 (current Life Safety Code), NEC and OSHA illumination standards. NEMA Premium certified.
