NOTICE
THIS ADDENDUM IS ISSUED BY THE ARCHITECT TO ALL PARTIES WHO HAVE
RECEIVED BIDDING DOCUMENTS FOR THE ABOVE LISTED PROJECT. THIS
ADDENDUM SHALL BECOME PART OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AS A REVISION
TO THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
Changes to specifications:
1. Section 092116 Gypsum Board Assemblies 2.03 Board Materials B. Gypsum Wall Board: Paper faced gypsum panels as defined in ASTM C 1396/C1396M/ sizes to minimize joints in place; ends square cut. 2. Mold Resistance: Score of 10, when tested in accordance with ASTM D3273. a. Mold resistant board is required at all locations.
General Note:
1. Window on south building elevation second level to be removed for delivery of construction materials.
Clarification to drawings:
1. Plumbing rough-ins to be included for Engineering Room 231 and Break Room 230 in Phase 1A. 2. For stud walls located in Phase 2 that are being framed in Phase 1A (between gridlines 1.0 &
2.8), electrical conduits are to be excluded. To be installed at a later time. The following sheets are being re-issued in their entirety:
1. S1-1 – Framing Plans and Structural Sections 2. A0-1 – Demolition Plan 3. A8-2 – Room Finish & Color Material Schedule 4. M1-2 – Second Level Mechanical Plans
