A1: The information that you seek is contained in the existing bid documents, which can be found at the district website: http://www.socccd.edu/ at the bids tab. Posted here for your reference and use are the Combined Legal Bid Documents comprising the initial bid posting, Addendum1, Addendum 2, and Addendum 3. While particulars of the scope of work can be found in the DSA Approved Drawings (part of Addendum 1), and the Supplemental Conditions document (part of Addendum 2), you should be able to download, review and determine the scope of work by thorough review of all the above-mentioned documents.

Q2: Does Path of travel need to be corrected as of a change order or is it within our Bid?

A2: The POT (Path Of Travel) modifications scope is part of this bid. Q3: Is there any surface work required under the bleachers?

A3: No. Q4: Has any environmental survey been done to show if the existing flooring

contain asbestos, or is it contractor responsibility to consider some money for this survey?

Q7: I see in the specs they are calling for a rubber floor, however I don’t see it

A. Resilient Wall Base: Provide rubber base complying with ASTM F 1861, Type TS or TP, with matching end stops and preformed corner units, and as follows:

1. Thickness: 1/8 inch minimum. 2. Height: As indicated. 3. Length: Provide in rolls.

a. Pre-cut 4 foot strips are not acceptable. 4. Style: Standard top-set cove. 5. Manufacturer: Johnsonite, or approved equal, subject to availability of

acceptable color.
