Adding the IE Tab in Mozilla Firefox to Fix HPI Online

For updated versions of Mozilla Firefox where the drop-down menu boxes are no longer visible, ie –

your screen looks like this in the HPI:

The FIX: Google “IE Tab Firefox”. It will take you to the Firefox Add-Ons. It should look something like

this. Click on the Add to Firefox button:

Once you have clicked on the Add to Firefox button, you should see this, click “Install Now” – it will

make you restart Firefox:

Then, go to Secure Access Washington to login to your account. Before logging in, go to your Tools

menu. Under Tools, you will now have a choice of “IE Tab Options”, select it. You will see this pop up

appear. Click “add” next to the Secure Access Washington URL (this is auto-populated). Then click

“apply”. Log into your SAW account as normal and select the HPI Service.

You will probably get this Internet Explorer security message when you connect to the HPI:

Click NO and you should be good to go!
