Scope of Work: To provide Art Equipment for Three (3) Years starting from AY 2016/17, as per the attached resource list. Two Resource Lists are appended herewith as follows:

APPENDIX 1 : One-Time Order (These items will be ordered only ONCE during the period of the LTPA)

APPENDIX 2 : Repetitive Order (These items will be ordered repeatedly every year during the three –year LTPA period, according to the school needs)

The quantities stipulated are an approximate that will be ordered over 3 years, no minimum quantity is defined

Deliverables: A full spreadsheet outlining the item names, a description, image and allocation is provided hereunder. Samples: In order for the technical evaluation to occur, the bidders must provide samples of ALL the items they wish to tender for and mentioned delivery time for each item. Each item must be clearly labelled with the company name and what line-number the item is being tendered for. Delivery: Delivery of items shall be directly to schools, as per the item lead times. Orders: ADEC shall raise Purchase Orders for the specific items / resources, as and when required taking into account the delivery lead times stipulated by the supplier in their proposal, in order to ensure delivery of the item / resource to schools at the required time.
