Ibubapa yang dihormati,
Tahniah diucapkan kepada ibubapa sekalian kerana kejayaan mendidik anaksehingga dipilih untuk melanjutkan pembelajarannya di Pusat Asasi, UIAM bagi sesi2010/2011.
Suasana masyarakat dan arah negara memerlukan generasi yang DINAMIS,CERGAS, CERDAS dan JUJUR bagi mewarisi kepimpinan masa hadapan yangberperanan untuk membela nasib bangsa, agama dan negara.
Saya bagi pihak Universiti ini memohon jasa baik tuan/puan untuk membantu kami
memupuk semangat kesedaran yang diperlukan. Pelajar harus sedar bahawamereka perlu berdepan dan mengatasi cabaran dan jangan biarkan ianya menjadirintangan dan halangan yang akhirnya menggagalkan segala usaha-usaha kita yangbaik.

In the Name Of Allah, the Most Gracious And The Most Merciful.
First and foremost, I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all of you forbeing selected to join our prestigious Centre for Foundation Studies of theInternational Islamic University. It is a stiff competition to be in IIUM and you havebeen granted this opportunity to be with us, with that again I would like tocongratulate and welcome you to our Centre.
However, being in the Centre does not guarantee you a place at the undergraduateprogramme. The Centre is a gateway to the undergraduate programme of theuniversity and we have been entrusted to provide you with the best preparatoryprogramme to ensure that you will be well equipped once you embark into theundergraduate programme. As such, we hope that during your stay here, you will doyour level best in meeting the expectation of the Kulliyyah and later on, graduate fromthe Centre with outstanding academic performance.
Apart from providing preparatory programme, the Centre has its vision in ensuringthat the students are imbued with Islamic values and ethics that they will becomegraduates with holistic personality. The ultimate objective of the Centre as well as theUniversity, is to produce professionals who are God-Fearing (Taqwa) and hence,

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
1. INTRODUCTION
Congratulations to all for being selected to join the Centre for FoundationStudies of the International Islamic University Malaysia.
1.1 All the information provided is to prepare you for registration day.
1.2 Please read carefully and follow the instructions given.
2. ACCEPTANCE / REJECTION OF OFFER
If you ACCEPT our offer : -
2.1 You are required to click on-line the ACCEPT OFFER button withinseven (7) days from the date of the offer letter, otherwise this offer ofadmission will automatically be revoked.
2.2 Kindly key-in Student Detail Online form before you print the offerletter.
2.3 Print the offer letter. Keep it as evidence of acceptance. This offerletter is not valid for any legal matters EXCEPT for opening bankaccount and medical check up only.
2.4 Print the Acceptance / Rejection of Offer form in the website. Fill inthe required information and mail it to the Centre within seven (7) daysfrom the date of the offer letter.

3. MEDICAL CHECKUP
3.1 Do your X-ray at any private clinic/hospital earlier. Your medicalcheck-up will be done at IIUM Medical Centre on campus afterregistration. Bring your X-ray film along.

7.2 Exemption from EPT
Students who have sat for IELTS or TOEFL before registering, mustproduce evidence of IELTS or TOEFL qualifications during registration.The following minimum requirements must be met in order to beexempted from EPT:

PAYMENT PROCEDURE
1. Students must settle the entrance fee BEFORE registration.
2. All payments must bebanked into our Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad (BMMB)account no. 1205-00030217-13 by using the Pusat Asasi UIA, Petaling Jayabank in slip ONLY at any branches of Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad (BMMB) .Students are required to make payment at the bank counter (please do notuse any other method of transfer).
No personal cheque or cash will be accepted on registration day.
3. Students will receive two (2) copies of receipt after payment is settled:
a. Students copy - To be kept by student.b. UIAs copy - To be submitted on registration day.
4. THE ENTRANCE FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
5. Students are compulsory to open One Reach Saving Account at any branches ofBank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad (BMMB) BEFORE registration day. The followingdocuments are required to be submitted to the bank for opening the account :

1. All visitors are required to leave the identity card (IC) or driving license for securitypurposes before being given a Visitors Tag by the security guard.
2. All visitors are requested to display the Visitors Tag during the visiting time in thecampus.
3. All visitors are required to return the Visitors Tag before leaving the campus at the
Main Entrance Guard Post.
4. Special permission from the Residential Management and Discipline Department orthe Security Office is needed for visiting outside the visiting hours stated above.
Notes: The Department may make amendment(s) or addition(s) to these rules and regulationsfrom time to time. Such amendments or additions shall be subject to confirmation by theManagement of the Centre for Foundation Studies, IIUM.
