1. List of all Open Applications

2. Click the name of the candidate (far left column) to view their application profile & resume

3. Status: You can view the status of the application: new application, does not meet qualifications, etc. in the far right column• You will not be able to view

the full candidate profiles when the status is “New Application”

“New Application” = means not reviewed by hr. yet• You can view full profiles when the status is “Forwarded to Hiring

Manager for Review” (will indicate a new application for your to view)• HR will determine if the applicant qualifies and mark candidates

with this status “forwarded to hiring manager for review”

Step 3Candidate Profile

1. At the top you will find candidate contact information

2. Position Applied for

3. Here is were you will find resumes and attachments (cover letter, etc).

4. This section tells you if the profile was parsed from a resume or completed by the applicant

the applicant- use the resume and ignore the profile education and employment info if the profile is parsed from the resume (information may not be accurate).1. If the profile was completed by employee (not parsed from resume)

then you can review the education, employment, etc. sections.

• Change Application Status (called left message, scheduled interview, did not return call, etc.) – be sure to update the status as you go

• View Application History (review previous status updates)

Once you have made contact or attempted contact with the candidate: you will need to update the application status

1. Select “Actions” Button

2. Click “Change Application Status”
