Adrian Dennis’s photographs are used in different types of media, the types of media his photographs could be seen are newspapers, magazines, websites and television shows such as BBC Breakfast.

This photograph of International Football Team Germany’s Lukas Podolski and Bastian Schweinsteiger uses an effect called shallow focus, this technique focuses on Lukas Podolski and Bastian Schweinsteiger and not so much the background/audience of the match. This photograph is a piece of history as this was the first time Germany won the world cup (2014 Brazil) as a whole instead of just East Germany or West Germany (separate Germany’s).

This photograph uses a shallow depth of field on the fire, shallow depth of field focuses on the fire whilst the rest of the photograph is blurred. The photograph includes a variety of different colours which include red, blue, white, yellow, orange, green and black. Most of the colours in the photograph are bright/light colours, black is the only dark colour used in the photograph.

This is another photograph which uses the technique shallow focus as the photograph is focusing on tennis player Andy Murray but can slightly other people in the photograph. This photograph is also a piece of history as this was the first time a Brit had won Wimbledon ever since 1938 (Andy Murray won Wimbledon in 2013). The photograph was probably taken using a fast shutter speed to capture the moment of Andy Murray and the Wimbledon trophy.

This is a third photograph that uses the technique shallow focus, this photograph mainly focuses on two football players, but mainly focuses on footballer Cristiano Ronaldo as this was his first Manchester United match and his Manchester United debut. There are a variety of different colours shown in the photograph, most of the colours are bright so the audience can see. The photograph was also taken at a fast shutter speed to capture the moment, this is a good technique to use in photography and photos.

Out of all the photographs taken this photograph uses a different technique than most of the other photographs, the technique used in this photograph is slow shutter speed. The photograph taken in slow shutter speed has a different impact on what has been taken. We can only see the bike clearly in the photograph, the background and everything else in the photograph is blurred as the cyclist could be going a great speed.
