INVITATION FOR ADVANCE VENDOR REGISTRATION OF VENDORS
Ordnance Factory Muradnagar intends to register new vendors for the items enlisted in Annexure to MM/ADV. The interested vendors who fulfil the following conditions may apply for registration
for the specific item(s) mentioned in Annexure to MM/ADV:-
i. The vendor shall preferably have all essential facilities in house and shall produce a MOU
with a firm for desirable facilities who has the capability and capacity to support the
intended tenderer as mentioned in Annexure to MM/ADV.
ii. For desirable facilities the firm shall have proper quality assurance plan and system to
ensure desired level of quality of inputs/ input services.
iii. All the facilities, whether in-house or outsourced should be capable of and suitable for
producing the component as per drawing.
It is to be noted that only manufacturer will be considered and subsequent tenders shall be issued
only to the vendors who get registered after satisfying in respect of capacity and capability after due verification. (Refer MM/PQC)
The vendors who are registered for the same items with DRDO, DPSU’s or other units of ministry
of defence also need to apply for vendor registration with Ordnance Factory Muradnagar/OFB. Such vendors may be registered based on the information provided and may be subjected to
capacity verification, if required.
The items required (along with tentative requirement) to be procured are exhibited in Annexure
to MM/ADV.
The interested vendors are required to apply for registration of the item or items where they are
confident of manufacturing the same and have the requisite manufacturing capacity and capability.
The online vendor registration portal of Ordnance Factory Muradnagar can be accessed using the
following link:-

If any problem arises in the online mode, the interested parties may apply through offline mode
by downloading the VRRF (Vendor registration request form) available at http://ofbindia.gov.in ->Procurement -> Vendor Registration -> Sl. no. 4 Vendor registration request form (43.8 Kb).
The duly filled VRRF alongwith demand draft and all the relevant enclosure are required to be
sent through speed post to General Manager, Ordnance Factory Muradnagar, (Kind Attention:- DO/QC), Distt. Ghaziabad, U.P. – 201206. Further, for the offline mode, the applicant must send
an email citing the speed post tracking no. and demand draft number to [email protected] and [email protected].

Reference: - Pre-Qualification criteria, AWM/QC/CV/PQC/003 dated 21.08.2015 Enclosed list depicts essential and desirable facilities required for manufacturing of following:-
1. Aerial bomb components of 1000 lbs Bomb Body (Table-A)(Page - 2), 2. Aerial bomb components of 250 kg HSLD Bomb Body (Table-B)(Page – 3, 4), 3. Aerial bomb components of 450 kg HSLD Bomb Body (Table-C)(Page - 5), 4. Components of Track Link Assembly for T-90 tanks (Table-D)(Page– 6, 7) and 5. 81 mm Bomb body mortar C empty body (Table-E)(Page-8).
Note: - The facilities indicated at subsequent pages are bare essential, better machine configurations also recommended.
A. Other Standard terms and conditions will be as under for components mentioned in subsequent pages:
1. ‘Firm shall preferably have all the essential facilities in-house’ or ‘have one of the essential facility in-house and for the rest, shall produce a MOU with a firm who has the capability and capacity to support the intended tenderer’. In such cases, CV team shall ensure capacity verification of the supporting firm too.
2. For desirable facilities the firm shall have proper quality assurance plan and
system to ensure desired level of quality of inputs/ input services. 3. All the facilities, whether in-house or outsourced should be capable and suitable
for producing the component as per drawing.
