C I R C U L A R

Consequent upon the changes in the criteria for short-listing thecandidates for interview under Selection Quota issued under Circular

No.Adm-II/279/2010-11(12)/Part-II dated 02.03.2011, it has beendecided in supersession of this Directorates Circular of even number

dated 06.12.2010, to invite applications again form eligible employees

of the Commission for filling up of the following existing vacancy andfor the preparation of a panel for filling up of future vacancies in the

post of Accountant under Selection Quota in the Finance, Budget,Accounts and Audit Cadre of the Commission in the pay band of Rs

9,300-34,800/- with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- plus allowances as

prescribed by the Commission from time to time.

Note: The number of vacancies are indicative and may likely to increase. A Panel valid for

one year will be prepared for future and anticipated vacancies.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:-

Bachelors Degree in Commerce or Degree in any discipline withDiploma in Accountancy and 6 years experience in maintaining

accounts and/or auditing the accounts in the lower grade in the payband of Rs.5,200-20,200/- with grade pay of Rs.2,800/-.

Employees holding the posts lower than the pay band ofRs.5,200-20,200/- with grade pay of Rs.2,800/- are not eligible to

apply for the post.

The format of application for the post should contain inter-aliathe following information:

1. Name in full (in block letters)2. Date of Birth

3. Whether belonging to SC/ST (supported by the certificate from

the competent authority)4. Educational/Technical Qualifications (along with certified copies

of certificate/mark list)5. Designation and Date from which the present post held

Selected candidates will be posted anywhere in India.

The candidate who desires to apply for the post should

submit his/her application with full details given above along withduly attested copies of testimonials through proper channel toreach the Director (Audit), Khadi & Village IndustriesCommission, 3, Irla Road, Vile Parle (W), Mumbai 56 on orbefore 31.05.2011 i. e. within 15 days from the date ofissue of this circular.

The date of this Circular will be reckoned as the last date forcounting the experience and qualifications.

Mere fulfillment of qualifications, experience etc. does notdevolve on any candidates a right to get an interview call.

Canvassing in any manner will be considered as a disqualification.Incomplete applications and applications received late shall not beaccepted and no correspondence in this matter will be entertained.

All the Directors of Industries/Programmes andState/Divisional Offices and Officers Incharges of Outstation Officesare requested to bring this to the notice of the staff in casethey are away from headquarters on tour as they have to

submit their applications within 15 days from the date ofthis Circular so as to reach the same to the Director (Audit)on or before 31.05.2011. While forwarding the applications, theymay confirm the particulars furnished in the applications arecorrect. They may also forward to the undersigned the attestedcopies of Confidential Reports for the last five years of theapplicants and a departmental clearance Certificate certifying thatthat no Departmental Proceedings are pending or contemplatedagainst the concerned employee in respect of those candidateswho borne in other than audit cadre.
