The AEGIS Warehouse Scratch Removal System is our basic scratch removal kit designed for established glass shops needing only the essential components.

As a glass repair technician, you can save money by repairing scratched inventory instead of discarding it and increase and diversify your profits by adding a simple scratch removal service for your customers. This valuable kit allows you to remove scratches from windshields, windows, tabletops, tempered glass, architectural glass, flat glass, curved glass and more.

The Warehouse Scratch Removal System utilizes 3M™ Trizact™ abrasive discs to gradually reduce the glass surface. The discs consist of precisely shaped pyramids of minerals. As the tops of these tiny pyramids wear away, fresh cutting mineral is continually exposed ensuring a fast and consistent rate of abrasion. The system easily removes scuffs, scratches, windshield wiper scaring, hard water marks and acid marks on glass. When you are finished with the scratch removal, clean up is easy as there is no excessive slurry. 3M™ Glass Polishing Compound is included for the final cosmetic touch.


3M™ Trizact™ Films offer a cleaner, longer lasting abrasive system for glass repair. Trizact™ Film consists of precisely shaped pyramids of fine grade cerium oxide. As the tops of these pyramids wear away, fresh cutting mineral is continually exposed. Use these cerium oxide discs for a final polish. As you polish with a small amount of water, the pyramids will break down to form a slurry-like solution. The polishing action that occurs will remove scratches left by previous leveling steps. 3” discs. 50 discs per pack. Made in the USA.

Restore the performance of your AEGIS equipment with these 6 inch (15 cm) Woods Power-Grip® replacement suction cups. If your GlassHandlers®, SOLO® Setting Tool or Pro-Series Repair Fixture has been nicked or cut, this new replacement cup will help restore it to the original specifications. These cups are built to last, but consider keeping a spare on hand for your business. Note: If you are refurbishing your equipment, make sure that your suction cup has a Felt Filter (HDW5634) on the inside of your cup. This helps keep small debris from pulling up into the Plunger Fixture Pump (FIX2025) and damaging it. Made in USA.

Restore the performance on your GlassHandlers®, SOLO® Setting Tool or your Pro-Series Fixture suction cups with a replacement plunger. If your tools have been loosing suction while holding onto the glass, this fix can help restore them to their original performance.
